Michael 'Mick' Web

Pay Respect

Ladies and Gentlemen,

It is with sadness that Hawkeye has been informed of recent deaths in our veteran community.

Sergeant (Retd) Michael (Mick) Webb AAC (11 Jun 68 – 21 Jun 23) following a period of illness, Mick served with the Army Air Corps in Northern Ireland and the Balkans. In retirement he moved to Belize where he set up a tourism business that provided opportunities to view wildlife in jungle settings. He was also the volunteer Chairman of the Royal British Legion in Belize. The Covid pandemic brought his business to a close and he took up employment as a safety consultant. His recent diagnosis of lung cancer required him to return to UK for treatment. He was recently admitted to the Salisbury and then transferred to the hospice. With the assistance of friends and comrades, two his children, Cory and Zach were flown back to UK to be with him. Our thoughts are with his family and friends.
